No Additional Time for Petkim to Uzans

Standart Chemicals had one month to fulfill the conditions of the agreement, including 242 million dollars of down payment and 363 million dollars of letter of guarantee. The maturity comes on August 6. The Privatization Administration will not extend the maturity. If no agreement is signed with Standart Chemicals, the tender will be cancelled.
