New flag of Libya in Russia

On Monday, the embassies Libya in Ukraine and Belarus have changed the green flag for the red, black and green colors of the flag of the insurgents. Previously, this did the Libyan Embassy in Syria, Algeria, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
