NATO Family Picture in Istanbul

According to diplomatic sources, during the morning session, the Istanbul Declaration was accepted. In the Declaration, terrorism and weapons of mass destruction are mentioned as forces that threaten NATO.

Bush said he was impressed by the dinner held the previous night and added, "I look forward to the dinner tonight."
