More Israeli strikes pound southern Lebanon after day of attacks

Israel kept up its bombardment of southern Lebanon into Wednesday evening after a series of daytime attacks the military claimed targeted Hezbollah personnel and infrastructure. Lebanon’s military called the strikes blatant violations of Lebanese sovereignty.
