Military Service Time Reduced In TRNC

In a briefing yesterday, Eroglu informed that the resolution reduces the service time for reserve officers from 22 months to 12 months, for sergeants from 16 months to 12 months. In addition, short-term service time has been reduced from 12 months to eight months and obligatory time from 24 months to 15 months.

Eroglu thanked the General Staff, Cyprus Turkish Peace Forces and TRNC Security Forces Commandership for their studies on the subject.
