Miami Commercial Real Estate Luxury Development Project Set To Transform Its Design District
Among the first to release any statements regarding the development plan includes Louis Vuitton and Hermès who will be shutting down their location at the Bal Harbour Shops in order to bring their stores to the Miami Design District.
Today, there are 11 more signature brands which are expected to be among the many that people can expect to find once the development project has finally jumped into the next stages. Among the signatures brands that will be included in the Miami Design District as per the Louis Vuiton Moët Hennessy deal with the development project are Bulgari, Celine, Christian Dior, De Beers, Fendi, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Pucci.
Furthermore, Cartier is also expected to be one of the 10 Richemont brands which will found in the Design District along with Burberry, Tom Ford and Zegna.
With such big names joining in on the major development project set for the region, there is no doubt that people will find even more investment potential on the Miami commercial real estate market—and even the residential market—as such eagerness from numerous signature brands definitely marks the beginning of a new trend that people will not want to miss out on.
While a number of these signature brands have had to shut down their Bal Harbour Shops locations, it seems that these steps have not caused any issues for the upscale village of Bal Harbour as it is still immersed in the fact that the local market had managed to achieve more than $600 million in sales which were going for sale for values averaged at $2,360 per square foot.
Also, the village expects upcoming names such as Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, La Perla, Stell McCartney and Panerai to be a part of the Bal Harbour Shops legacy.
Now, as the Miami commercial real estate market is getting prepared for the fabulous new addition to its featured sights and attraction, people are guaranteed to be coming to the fresh new Design District which will be found within one of the region’s most captivating neighborhoods that showcase such historical richness that will be perfect for the luxury shopping destination that has yet to be seen.
