Agriculture Minister Sami Guclu ordered invesitgation into former ministers, Mustafa Tasar, Nevzat Ercan , Ismet Atilla and Musa Demirci as well as then-Protection and Control Director Mehdi Eker who is currently a deputy of ruling AKP. However Eker enjoys immunity from prosecution and his dossier was forwarded to the Speaker of Parliament.
