Luxury Condo Project That Will Allow Residents To Drive Up To Their Front Door

The condo project is going to bring to life a ground-breaking idea which will enable people to drive all the way up to the front door of their very own home space which will be found within a 57-story infrastructure which will be situated in one of the most fabulous oceanfront locations within the region, Sunny Isles Beach.

People can look forward to finding the luxury tower to be among the most outstanding high-rise infrastructures along the Atlantic coast which will also be the first of its kind to provide residents with elevators that can accommodate to cars.

Germany’s Porsche Design Group along with a local developer, Gil Dezer, will be creating the Porsche Design Tower in a Jetson-esque fashion with an approximate budget of $560 million. As of now, the building has already been approved by the Sunny Isles Beach City Commission without any objections.

The idea will be made possible by having residents remain seated in their car as they pull over, switch off the engine, and wait for a robotic arm to collect the car and place it in the elevator which will then take the resident and the car to the desired floor where the same robotic arm will automatically park the car and enable the resident to be right at the front door of their home space.

The Porsche Design Tower is going to be constructed on 2.2 acres of property located along Collins Avenue and is expected to accommodate to 132 units and a total of 284 robotic parking spaces — with certain units being given up to four parking spaces — which will be accessible to residents via three elevators.

Even people who own luxury cars and even antiques will find that there is going to be a lot of plus points to living at the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach, especially since they will be able to have their cars within sight from their very own living room spaces.

Residential home spaces are going to range in sizes of 3,800 square feet to 9,500 square feet with estimated costs of as high as $9 million for each unit.

Although Dezer has acknowledged the possibility of other buildings taking on a similar approach to high-rise residential options in the United States, the developers have no intention of creating other similar infrastructures as of yet because they are looking to keep true to the idea of making the Porsche Design Tower truly exclusive.
