Legal Victory of Generals

The Ankara Court of First Instance kept H. Dogan, -who was also appointed as a member of the High Radio-TV Institution RTUK- of writing that article in the Islamist daily. Dogan was using the name Asim Yenihaber in the article.

The Court ruled that the article attacked the rights of 312 generals including 3 force commanders, the Gendarme Commander.
