Kirkuk: US forces attack ITC office in Kirkuk

ITC spokesman Mustafa Kemal Yaycili said that Kurdish groups have been attempting to get hold of Kirkuk so stability is spoilt. By noticing Iraqi policemen consist of peshmergas relating to Kurdistan Patriotic Union and Iraqi Kurdistan Democratic Party, "they caused all trouble. Worse things will happen if such incidents don’t be prevented. Some groups are trying to collapse statues that belong to Turkomans. They even fire on the statues, such as Martyr Ata Hayrullah Statue and Selahattin Avci Statue."
He said, "We applied to authorities and demanded our rights in order to establish a impartial commission. But, until now, we have not yet received any satisfactory result. We are sure the criminals will get their just deserts."
Criticizing the last night’s US attack on ITC office, Yaycili said, "They swoopt down and dispersed everything. They also confiscated our officially permitted guns. Our office heavily suffered and became ruins. The actual cause of the incidents in Kirkuk is Kurdish peshmergas and we are ready to be martry if it is necesarry.
Meanwhile, a deep slience dominants across the city after the incidents in which 9 ones lost their lives. Iraq police seems to be on high alarm in Kirkuk where a police sitation was set fire by unidentified attackers.
