John Kirby: Floating pier in Gaza now operational but “it’s not enough”

White House advisor John Kirby told Al Jazeera that the US military’s floating pier in Gaza transferred about 300 pallets of food on its first day in operation but added that the pier is not a fix-all and land crossings for aid are desperately needed.
