Istanbul Bus Bombing: 4 Dead

Istanbul Governor Muammer Guler and Security Director Celalettin Cerrah are at the scene of the explosion.

The Governor said according to Turkish television channels, "The bomb exploded in the terrorist’s lap."

The injured were taken to Istanbul Medical University Hospital.

It is feared that the number of dead and injured will increase.
