Israel to build a second security wall

The wall that is expected to be completed before the first stage of the Gaza withdrawal plan next July, will be 70 meters away from the present wall which surrounds the strip.

The article also claimed that a recently released UN report showed that the new wall will "swallow not less than 10% of the most fertile lands in the West Bank, including Jerusalem."
