Israel says its attack on UN vehicle was ‘communication error’

Israel’s attack on a World Food Programme vehicle in Gaza on Tuesday was the result of a “communication error”, a US official told the United Nations. The US said it was concerned by recent security incidents involving UN personnel in Gaza.
