Israel prepares to host Gul

A high-ranking official said that they have jumped from their seats when they hear PM Erdogan saying that Israel had committed state terror. However the officials say that, the historical and cultural ties between the two countries and the openness of Israel to critics, prevented this issue to be open to further controversy.

The visit to be planned by Foreign minister Abdullah Gul ahead of the Palestinian eleections has pleased Israelis who say that “We shall be very pleased of hosting Erdogan, after Gul.”

Asked if Israel carried out any intelligence and other work in the Northern part of Iraq where Kurds live, an Israeli official said that “There are no Israeli military, civilian or intelligence official in any place of Iraq. Israel and U.S. are not sharing any contact or relationship in Iraq either. “
