Israel Occupies 9 km of Palestinian Territory

Israeli radio news reports that the Israeli army, accompanied by hundreds of soldiers, 200 tanks, armored vehicles, and helicopters, moved into a nine-kilometer patch along the Gaza Strip shore.

The "Days of Repentance" operation aims to put an end to the Palestinians’ use of Qassam rockets against Jewish settlements. Qassam rockets have a range of nine kilometers.
