Ireland basketball team refuses handshake with Israel

The Ireland women’s basketball team refused to shake hands with their Israeli opponents during a EuroBasket 2025 qualifier in Latvia. Ireland made the decision after an Israeli player made allegations of anti-Semitism against them.
