Iraqi Strategy of U.S. Reached An Impasse

U.S., that plans to modify her strategy because of the security problems in Iraq, came to a dead end. The Interim Government gave a negative message to U.S., that wants to transfer authority to Iraqis as soon as possible. Number of troops that U.S. lost in Iraq exceeded her casualties in the first three years of the Vietnam War.
