Iraqi Justice Minister Narrowly Escapes Death

An unconfirmed declaration issued on an internet site said, "Your brothers from the Jihad organization have conducted an operation against the traitor of the US-connected government, Justice Minister Malik Dohan Al Hasan. You were saved from our arrows this time; however, you will not be saved next time."

Hospital officials announced that eight people were wounded in the attack.
