Iraq, Turkey to reopen oil pipeline

"We expect to resume pumping in mid-November," he said.

The pipeline had reopened briefly on October 18 after a series of sabotage attacks, but had to shut down again when leaks were found.

The pipeline runs from the oil-rich Kirkuk region to Turkey’s Mediterranean terminal of Ceyhan.
