Iraq: Suicide blast kills four injures 15 in Arbil

Two policeman and a civilian died when the pick-up exploded at 11:50 am (0850 GMT). Ministry employees were among the wounded. The force of the blast blew out windows in buildings surrounding the offices in the city. Security measures were beefed up after the blast.
