Iraq: Street celebrations turn ethnic clashes, 3 killed

Following the adoptation of new constitution, Iraqis took to streets to celebrate the begining of new era. Drivers honking horn toured throught the cities and armed men shot into sky while others were dancing and chanting victory slogans. But these colorful scenes turned nasty in a short time in Kirkuk where consisting of Turkoman, Arab and Kurdish communities.
In result of the ethnic clashes, 3 people including 2 Turkoman were killed and at least 20 others were wounded.
