Iraq: 9 dead, 23 injured in Baqubah mortar attack

Soldiers from the 4th Infantry Division rushed to the scene for security reasons, administered first aid and evacuated the wounded to a nearby hospital. Authorities did not know who had fired the mortar, which left no coalition casualties. The attack shattered windows at the nearby offices and buildings as vehicles suffered heavy damage.
