International Adoption a Reality
The convention, which conforms with international basic rights, aims to prevent child abduction and child trade. It prohibits profiting from activities in which adoption is involved. It also gives orphans or children without care a greater chance of finding homes.
Turkey will conform its laws to regulations that govern international adoption. However, the convention does stipulate certain conditions for each state to follow.
