IAEA has turned down Iran’s request for extension
IAEA Senior Information Officer and Spokesperson Melissa Fleming said on October 13: “No later than 31 October. Iran must provide full and complete information on its nuclear program.” Fleming informed that there were two phases to the IAEA’s activities in Iran, and that in the second phase, inspections would be done.
Meanwhile, exiled Iranian opposition members claimed on Monday that Iran had nuclear plants near Isfahan. The Tehran Administration denied the claim, dismissing it as nonsense.
