Heavy Rain Leaves more than 400 Missing in Pakistan

Local officials say dozens of people in the village of Pasni in Belucistan province were caught up by water coming through the burst dam and were dragged into the Arabian Sea.

Officials added that the nearly 16-meter high dam could not withstand the flood.
