Gul: "Cyprus needs a satisfactory plan"

As for accepting the Annan plan as the basic solution, Gul informed that Mr. Annan, the United Nations (UN) Secretary General, is still involved in the subject and he will continue to have a role in the equation for a permanent peaceful solution. Gul stated that Turkey praises the UN’s efforts but the plan constituted is not worth to praise. He added that if ‘acceptable changes’ would be made on the plan, it could be the one for a solution.
