Green Line Regulations in Cyprus

The regulations which regulate the flow of goods from the North to the South, and falls very short of removing the isolation imposed on Turkish Cypriots, enables Turkish Cypriots to sell their goods to EU countries, over the Greek Cypriot section.

According to these regulations, Turkish Cypriot businessmen have to get documents of origin from the Turkish Cypriot Trade Chamber KKTO and can not export any good which is not produced in TRNC. They are also banned of selling live stock, animal products and fodder. They will be export potatoes only if these are cultivated with seeds coming from EU countries and Switzerland.
