Greek Minister Opens Exhibition in Istanbul

Greek Minister of Culture Evangelos Venizelos, who participated in the opening of the exhibit, put on with the support of the Greek Foreign Ministry as part of activities celebrating MSU’s 120th anniversary, said that the exhibition was an excellent example of the good relationship between Greece and Turkey. Saying, "We support Turkey for the European Union," Venizelos added that the exhibition sends a message of peace. Fener Greek Patriarch Bartholomeos also commented that the exhibit was evidence of Turkish-Greek friendship.
