Greek media: Fourth Annan plan satisfies Greek Cypriot side

LEFKOSA (AA) – The fourth Annan plan, which is reported to be prepared by the United Nations and ready to be presented to both Turkish and Greek Cypriot sides during the quartet negotiations, satisfies the Greek Cypriot side in terms of the issues on the functioning of the joint state, soil, security and economy.

According to the Greek Cypriot Politis daily, the Turkish side will be advantageous in its bi-zonality demand, in which the Turkish Cypriot state model will be included, as less Greek Cypriots will return to the north.

In addition, European Union would be partially satisfying Ankara about the derogations in the Annan plan, according to the Politis report.
