German court bans religious organization in Germany
Following decision, German Interior Minister Otto Schilly said today that he welcomed court’s decision and he hoped that Kaplan could be deported from Germany.
The court stated that Kaplan’s extradition was not contradict with the constitution’s freedom of religion.
In statement, it was made clear that Kaplan wouldn’t avoid from violence to found a religious state and it was out of law and democracy state.
On the event Schilly said that the court’s decision welcomed himself and the court approved the reason that banning Kaplan.
