Fourth Bomber Identified by DNA Tests

Istanbul, TURKEY, December 01, 2003 – Authorities announced yesterday the identity of the fourth bomber involved in the suicide attack on the HSBC bank in Levent, Istanbul.

Istanbul Governor Muammer Guler said DNA tests have identified the bomber as Ilyas Kuncak.
