Former MIT Member Meral Was Arrested

Meral, whose passport was found on Mafia figure Alaattin Cakici was first released to be tried without detention. Later on he was detained once more when he was to fly to Izmir.

The Istanbul 12th Heavy Penal Court arrested Faik Meral on grounds that he aided and harbored criminal organizations.Meral will serve in Tekirdag F-type prison.
