Explosion Rocks Riyadh, Kills 10

According to eyewitnesses, the blast occurred in the al-Nasiriyah neighborhood. A police officer confirmed the blast; however, he would not give any further information. Al-Arabiya television station reports that two bomb-laden vehicles at a parking lot 15 meters away from the building exploded and that there are many injuries.
