EU To Turkey: You Have My Word On It !

The EU leaders gave positive messages to Turkey in the summit. They assured that the negotiations were to commence, in case that the report of the EU Commission would be towards this direction at the end of the year. They also voiced their satisfaction on the reconciled stance of Turkey during the Cyprus talks.
