EU Hails KKTC Decision

Turkey is pleased with the KKTC Cabinet decision permitting free passage to the Greek Cypriots as well, evaluating the move as a "favorable and good decision." A Foreign Ministry official who requested anonymity stated that the prevailing point of view on the island was, "The decision will help promote peace and stability in Cyprus."
