EU and US are in pursuit of Cyprus’ oil and natural gas

TRNC’s Denktas said that EU and the US want Annan plan to be signed immediately to capture Cyprus’ oil and petroleum resources.

LEFKOSA (AA) – Turkish Cyprus’ deputy Prime Minister Serdar Denktas said today that a public opinion didn’t pay attention to one point while it discussed Annan plan and added that all resources of Cyprus would be under control of “partner state” and even the rivers in Cyprus would be under “partner state” and this was the reason to take Cyprus to the European Union before membership criteria.
