‘Erdogan Offers to Withdraw 5,000 Cyprus Troops ‘

The generals have not yet approved Erdogan’s offers."

The newspaper also reports that Erdogan informed Washington about his intention to withdraw 5,000 soldiers from Cyprus by September.
