Erdogan: Gays Have Their Law

Making striking statements in France, which is cool towards Turkey’s EU bid, Erdogan told on the LCI, FR3 Channels and leading French dailies that gays had their own law. He said that "I am not here as a religious leader. The religious approach is different from the political one."

Erdogan also told the French media that imposing a referendum on Turkey conflicted the stance taken so far towards the other candidates.
