Electional race continues in Cyprus
The pro-EU Turkish Cypriot opposition leader Mehmet Ali Talat is hopeful for his Republican Turkish Party (CTP) to win the polls on Sunday. On the other hand, National Unity Party (UBP) leader Dervis Eroglu, who approaches to EU with deliberation and suspicion, has been calling Cypriot Turks to select their national interests.
Lastly, two parties simultaneously organized mass meeting to address to thousands of audince at the squares where are only a-hundred-meter far from each other.
Delivering speech to thousands at Sarayonu Square, Eroglu said, "we cannot accept Annan plan in its current shape, but of course, we will contiune negotiations to find out final solution."
