Egyptian President Mobarek: Let Us Be Allies!

The primary issues discussed in the meeting of the Egyptian and Turkish missions under Mobarek and Sezer were Iraq, Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and other regional problems. Mobarek received Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan, Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul, and Chief of Joint Staff Hilmi Ozkok. Meanwhile, an Egyptian-origin female journalist working for an Iranian TV channel, who was wearing turban, was not allowed to enter into the presidency.
