ECHR decides on six cases against Turkey

In five separate applications, the court decided that Turkey had violated the human rights of the applicants by denying them proper judicial procedures, but ruled that no compensation was needed.

Turkey will have to pay a total of 10,000 euros to Hidir Ozdemir, Mustafa Ucuz and Mehmet Hanefi Erolan, Metin Polat and their friends for court costs.
