E.C. Approves Cyprus Bylaw

The bylaw recognizes the right of free circulation across the Green Line for E.U. citizens and contributes to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus’ (TRNC) tourism. It also allows for some goods produced in the North to be shipped to the E.U. via the South and permits the release of 259 million Euros of financial aid to the Cypriot Turks.
