Denktas: I Negotiate On Annan Plan on Condition

Turkish Cypriot President Rauf Denktas said that new preparations were under way between Turkey and Lefkosa and that the details would be disclosed in near future. Denktas said that a new window would be opened and that he was ready to review the Annan Plan on the basis of two societies, two states, two sovereignties, and Turkey’s guarantor position.
