Cyprus on the verge of elections

Some 140,000 people will vote in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC) by the end of this week, i.e. Dec. 14th, and the decision of this small population — fewer voters than the smallest districts of Istanbul or Ankara — will affect the future of 65 million people in Turkey.
