Coalition forces to increase troops in Kirkuk

The US commander, evaluating the latest developments in the oil-rich northern Iraqi city, stressed that it was unacceptable to rain bullets on protestors and kill them.
"We will do our best to prevent similar incidents. We are exeting efforts to create dialogue among the etnic groups. We want everyone freely explains his/her own opinions. In order not to occasion such incidents, we will increase number of soldiers in the region," he said.
