Chinese Military Structure Threat to US, Taiwan

Goss expressed his views about the modernization of the Chinese army and its structure to the US Senate. He said China continues to develop nuclear warheads and missiles with conventional capacity. Goss warned that if Taiwan decides to separate, China will retaliate with multiple levels of military intervention.
