Changes in high education was not enough

ANKARA (AA) – Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul said today that the reforms made in the tertiary education law did not satisfy anyone, because needed changes could only be done with constitutional changes.

Speaking with Erciyes University Academics, Gul said if they could reach an agreement with opposition Republican People’s Party (CHP) on the proposed changes in the constitution, Parliament would be able to enact the necessary changes in the Tertiary Education Council (YOK) Law.
