Bush Leads in Last 10 Polls

-NBC-Wall Street Journal poll: Bush 48.7 percent, Kerry 46.4 percent.
-Fox News: Bush 46 percent, Kerry 46 percent
-CBS-NY Times: Bush 49 percent, Kerry 46 percent
-TIPP Election Observing Group: Bush 48 percent, Kerry 43 percent
-Reuters-Zogby: Bush 48 percent, Kerry 48 percent
-American Research Group ARG: Bush 48 percent, Kerry 48 percent
-Pew Research Group: Bush 51 percent, Kerry 48 percent
-ABC-Washington Post: Bush 48 percent, Kerry 48 percent
-Newsweek: Bush 50 percent, Kerry 44 percent
-Tarrance Group: Bush 51 percent, Kerry 46 percent.
Bush has the greatest lead according to the poll by Newsweek in which Kerry is behind by six points.
Experts have interpreted the almost even polls to mean that the US is at risk of seeing a deadlock in the "battleground states" on November 2nd.
There is considerable concern about the risk of a repeat of the problems experienced in Florida in 2000 election where results were delayed six weeks.
