Beko Wins Industrial Design Award

According to an announcement made by Beko, the award was decided on criteria including aesthetics, functionality, ergonomics, product quality and environmental responsibility. The firm’s industrial design team won the award for unifying technology with authenticity, aesthetics and sentimentality. The award ceremony will be held at the Desin Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen Institute in the German city of Essen on 4 July 2005. The television will be on display at the "Red Dot Design Museum" in the Institute, the biggest design museum in the world, for the next year.
